The teaching
Nature
Restoring our relationship with nature. This must be done by spending time in nature, practicing mindfulness there and looking after our environment.
Cornelius believes that everyone has a responsibility for the health and wellbeing of nature, animals and people.
Freeing the mind
This involves deconstructing the false views we have about ourselves and Reality which are the cause of our suffering. This deconstructive process will often arise naturally with suffering, as many people discover, however we can also cut through our illusions and delusions with insight and wisdom. Advaita Vedanta, the highest vedic teaching, and Buddhism - specifically Sunyata - Emptiness are two approaches that Cornelius works with.
Loving Kindness
The cultivation of loving kindness is the most important aspect of the path to enlightenment. In Buddhism the expression of this love is called BODHICITTA - the spontaneous wish for all beings to be free from suffering. In Christianity we see the culmination of selfless love embodied in CHRIST. LOVE is the both the path and the fruit of the path.
These three pillars of the teaching will lead you towards enlightenment and help you to be of great service to humanity.
